How long does shipping take?+
Standard (5–7 business days), and Express (2–3 business days). Because pieces are made with multiple manufacturers, production time is added before shipping — you’ll get tracking by email once your order is on its way.

Do you ship internationally?+
Yes. International delivery times and any customs/duties vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility. Full details are on the Shipping Policy page.
What's your return policy?+
If something arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Made-to-order and custom items have their own rules — read the Return & Refund Policy.
How do I track my order?+
When your order ships, we email a tracking link to the address used at checkout. If you can’t find it, check your spam folder or email us at info@noahfallu.com.
What sizes do you offer / how do they fit?+
Each product page lists its available sizes and a size guide where applicable. Many pieces are designed oversized — if you’re between sizes, check the product’s notes or reach out before ordering.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, which supports major credit/debit cards and Apple Pay / Google Pay where available. We never see or store your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?+
Reach out as soon as possible at info@noahfallu.com. If production hasn’t started we can usually help; once an item is in production or shipped, changes may not be possible. See cancellations for specifics.
